Returns & Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can return them to Anglo Nordic by following the steps below:

 

  • Contact Anglo Nordic before returning anything to receive a returns number.
  • Mark your returns number on all correspondence with Anglo Nordic.
  • Carriage back to Anglo Nordic to be paid by sender. Anglo Nordic can arrange collection for a fee.
  • Goods returned in ‘as new’ condition after 14 days will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Faulty goods returned to Anglo Nordic will be repaired & returned to you, replaced or credited at Anglo Nordic’s discretion.
  • If a replacement needs to be dispatched before we receive the faulty item, you will be invoiced for it. The returns number will be stated on the invoice. Once the faulty item has been received, a credit will be issued.
  • Any labour costs incurred when repairing or replacing faulty items is not covered.
